This Privacy Policy explains how information is collected, used, and shared when you play JoltyHero (the “Game”), a mobile game published by Astimeless Studio (“we”, “us”, “our”). By downloading or playing the Game, you agree to the practices described here.
The Game is operated by Astimeless Studio, which acts as the Data Controller for your personal data. For any privacy question or to exercise your rights, contact us at contact@joltyhero.com.
We collect the minimum needed to run the Game, show ads, save your progress, and improve the experience:

We do not receive your payment card details. All purchases are processed by Google Play or the Apple App Store, and only they handle your payment information.
We do not collect precise (GPS) location, and the Game does not use Artificial Intelligence (AI) to process your data or provide features.

The Game and its third-party SDKs may use device identifiers, SDKs, and similar technologies to support functionality, advertising, and analytics. Where required by law, we obtain your consent before using non-essential tracking technologies.
To show relevant ads, our advertising partners may profile your device based on your advertising identifier. This does not produce legal or similarly significant effects for you, and we do not make automated decisions that significantly affect you. You can limit ad profiling using the choices in Section 8.
The Game uses trusted third-party services that may collect information as described in their own privacy policies:
These providers may act as independent controllers of the data they collect. Where the GDPR applies, we enter into Data Processing Agreements (Article 28 GDPR) with providers that process personal data on our behalf. We may also disclose information where required by law (e.g., a subpoena or government request), or in good faith to protect our rights, your safety, or the safety of others, or to investigate fraud.
The Game shows ads through Google AdMob. Depending on your region and consent, ads may be personalized (based on your advertising identifier) or non-personalized.
JoltyHero is intended for a general audience and is not directed to children under 16 (or a higher age of digital consent where applicable law requires). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us information, contact us at contact@joltyhero.com and we will delete it. Where we cannot reliably confirm that a player meets the digital age of consent in the EEA/UK, we treat them accordingly and serve only non-personalized (contextual) ads.
You have the right to: access your data; rectify inaccurate data; erase your data (“right to be forgotten”); restrict or object to processing (including an absolute right to object to direct marketing); data portability; withdraw consent at any time; and rights regarding automated decision-making. You may also lodge a complaint with your local Data Protection Authority — see EDPB members, or, in the UK, the ICO.
California residents have the right to: know the categories and specific pieces of personal information collected; delete and correct personal information; opt out of the “sharing” of personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising; limit the use of sensitive personal information; and non-discrimination for exercising these rights. We do not sell your personal information. You may use an authorized agent to make a request.
If you reside in a U.S. state with a comprehensive privacy law (such as Virginia, Colorado, Connecticut, Utah, Texas, or Oregon), you may have similar rights to access, correct, delete, and obtain a copy of your personal data, and to opt out of targeted advertising. To exercise them, contact us at contact@joltyhero.com.
To exercise any right, email contact@joltyhero.com. You can also delete your local progress at any time from the Game’s settings (“Delete Progress”). We respond within one month (extendable by up to two further months for complex requests, as permitted by law).
We keep information only as long as needed for the purposes above: cloud-saved progress while your account is active; automatically collected data for up to 24 months; and aggregated/anonymized data indefinitely as it no longer identifies you. Longer periods may apply where required by law. You can delete your progress at any time in-game.
Our service providers may process data in countries outside your own, including the United States. Where required, such transfers rely on appropriate safeguards under GDPR Chapter V, such as adequacy decisions or the EU Standard Contractual Clauses.
We use reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect information, and access is limited to those who need it. However, no method of transmission or storage is 100% secure. In the event of a personal data breach that poses a risk to your rights and freedoms, we will notify the relevant supervisory authority within 72 hours of becoming aware of it, and will notify affected users without undue delay where the breach is likely to result in a high risk.
We may update this Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the “Last updated” date above and, where appropriate, notifying you in the Game. Previous versions are available on request. If this Policy is translated, the English version prevails in case of any conflict.
